How the LABORATÓRIO PÉLVICO

There are three blocks of RECORDED classes containing theory, explanations about the Pelvic Laboratory System, fundamental principles, techniques, inspirations and provocations organized in an ONLINE CLASS platform.

Once purchased, you have access to your course for 7 months to do each practice with the dedication that your body demands. Many of these practices require time, contact and intimacy, that is: you will repeat, and repeat, and repeat until you internalize and appropriate the language of YOUR body.

In total, there are 17 classes:

The FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES block is pure gold for you. It is where those who have never had intimate contact with their own body or who have danced their entire lives, with or without technique, will find themselves RE-discovering themselves. It is a call to the TAO of deep diving that is so often talked about here, the dive into oneself.

The classes in this block of classes are a proposal for intimacy where you will be invited to dive skin-to-skin, little by little, becoming intimate with your breathing, your heartbeat, your pulses and impulses.

Here, you will find several classes to practice calmly, and you will be able to absorb the tools offered for your life. It is a module where the classes are an invitation to AWARENESS your body. To listen to your breathing, to enter the body's time - which is VERY different from the time imposed by society. It is learning to enter the time of connection, the time where the PARASYMPATHETIC NERVOUS SYSTEM is the one that will reorganize your system towards SELF-HEALING.

Each class lasts between 20 and 45 minutes. However, especially in this module, the classes are almost meditations (dynamic) that you will learn that you can apply EVERY DAY of your life. These are classes to do, redo and redo until you become intimate with your body language.

The Techniques and Provocations block is where we will awaken the entire body, however, with specific stimuli - here we will learn to snake, to do the square, to lift the butt, to "shake" literally speaking.

With the methodology offered in the system developed by Mariana Rizério, the Laboratório Pélvico, you can reconnect with yourself through dance regardless of your age, where you live, what you do or what you work with.

You can find the SOURCE of your Vital Energy, which resides INSIDE you, in your CAULDRON, your pelvis! This energy lives INSIDE YOU, is CREATED and ACCESSED by you and I will show you, in practice and with great PLEASURE, how to access it.

To do this, simply join the great clan of the LABORATÓRIO PÉLVICO RIGHT NOW and start practicing the fundamentals and techniques RIGHT NOW! It is not necessary to have any prior knowledge of dance to start accessing this body awareness.

Here, everything is VERY didactic to offer you the opportunity to simply REMEMBER the origin of authentic movement, of body expression, within you!

Biologist graduated from the University of Brasília (UnB), Yoga instructor, dancer, Ayurvedic therapist, mother, body therapist, woman, body and spiritual researcher, teacher, multi-artist, creator and instigator of the sessions and research of the Laboratório Pélvico. She is a biologist, graduated from UnB, with almost 2 years of experience in the Performing Arts. She immersed herself in anatomy and physiology, especially neurophysiology and studies with endocannabinoids when this was still unheard of in Brazil (2009/2010). She studied at c.e.m (movement studies center) in Lisbon, and took part in several occupations and many artistic actions in Barcelona, ​​Spain.

She has been dancing and practicing yoga since 2009, working with massage since 2012 and giving Yoga, Dance and O LAB PÉLVICO classes and retreats, researching tantric lines and blending their influences in dance on the body that moves, breathes, meditates, pulsates, reveals and discovers itself since 2014. She works with the body in its multiple dimensions (artistic, therapeutic, functional and fusions of fields) and has been developing what she calls “body self-appropriation or self-appropriation of self”, an integrative work of systemic organization in the moving being, in which the practice and philosophy of Yoga with the tantric vision is one of the main tools of the work, occupying a central role together with the connection dances.

In addition to Yoga, the philosophy and practice of Tantra and Ayurveda, Contemporary dance, contact improvisation, somatic education techniques, Jinen Butoh, Afro-diasporic philosophies and dance of the symbolism of the Orixás are some of her main influences.

For over 3 years, the Pelvic Laboratory has been the research that has given her the most energy and excitement. It is the research in which I am deeply involved. The Lab has already toured Brazil in its workshops and has been invited to be part of several consciousness festivals to be part of the program. The Lab is an ongoing multidisciplinary research focused on rediscovering, accessing and ascending Vital Energy through the movements of this great alchemical cauldron that holds the Primordial Energy: the hip.
